Together with the client, we've reinvented customer communication in Vue's Multiplex cinema foyer area.

We designed a template that would enable customers to see film information with seat availability in 'show time' order so that it's easy to see what film is starting next. The data is pulled from the Vue EPOS system and automatically updates the screens every 15 seconds.

We enhanced this screen content with HD trailers for each film, and key information on featured artists, directors etc.

We also produced animated promotional sequences for confectionery and refreshments that play directly above the tickets and refreshments counter. These replaced the Duratran posters Vue had previously used, providing greater promotional agility, and a much more dynamic and engaging way of presenting information and offers.
