Dyson has an enviable reputation for designing iconic, elegant and revolutionary products for use around the home. This reputation was established with its new take on the humble vacuum cleaner and the word Dyson is now synonymous with that appliance.
However, Dyson research established that many customers were buying the wrong model for their needs and were unaware of the range of models available.
Realisation came to the rescue with a touchscreen-based ‘Help Me Choose’ application that helps customers choose the best model for them. The screen can be used by customers either on their own, or with a sales assistant to help steer them through a list of criteria covering key Dyson features such as pet hair pick up, compact storage and price.
We worked on the product matrix, programming architecture and user interface to deliver a solution that was not only elegant, but practical. Much like Dyson.
