Approach

We come to every project with an open mind, but we try to stick to the following core principles that have stood us in good stead for over 15 years. 

Plan

First, we PLAN. Sounds obvious, but many suppliers skip this bit. We work out what each client is seeking to achieve from their investment in digital signage. We ask questions, don’t make assumptions and challenge the brief. Chances are, if we get this bit wrong then everything else is wrong too.

Create

Next, we CREATE. This is where we develop the creative content that will ultimately determine the success or failure of your digital signage campaign. We have a team of brilliant designers and creatives who do just that – design and create. They don’t do anything else, which is why they’re so good.

Publish

Once the creative is ready, we PUBLISH. This means working across a wide range of software platforms and operating systems, encoding content , scheduling, agreeing play lists and then publishing the content to our clients’ digital signage networks. There’s a number of ways to do this – we do them all, all the time, including hosting and managing a number of online networks on our clients’ behalf.

Measure

Once the content has been published and gone line, we MEASURE. This is the bit that tends to get overlooked. Big mistake. Measuring provides answers to pesky questions such as: Did it work? What difference did it make? Did our sales go up? Should we do it again? And really smart clients ask us to run measured trials so they can make the business case for a big digital signage roll-out.
